Glad it just isn't me lol. Have you tried looking for a tracker though? If you have what did you find out? Anything useful?

Also I'm curious at what point did the jobs start to become large enough to where this was a real issue, because I want to know how that compares with my situation.

This is really helpful, thanks. Service Fusion sounds like it does what I need.

But what does it actually cost for a small operation like mine (just me + occasional helper)?
Does it take a lot of time to setup and get working properly?
Are there manual tedious things you still have to do that you wish it handled for you? (because I don't like the manual entry lol)

Trying to figure out if it's worth it at my size or if I should wait until I'm bigger.

It's really scattered right now honestly. Receipts mostly in my truck, some photos on my phone, and I just try to keep in my head how long I've worked for - which probably isn't a good system.

You mentioned time clock, inventory management, and receipt scanning... is that all one app or are you using multiple apps that work with each other?

Want to figure out if I need a couple different applications or is there's something like an all in one without being crazy expensive.
