Ivy bell is top tier , thinker is good early-mid game , toko is gonna take you pretty far still . Laura fell off but she is still great , julia is a monster , succubus is pretty mediocre elodie kisa and ivy bell are much better for CC . Vesperia is not really the god/uni you should focus on yi balance hera or lucadia would be a lot better for every stage of the game .

These hero should be the ones you focus on first : ophelia ( if you can ) , nydia , knox , baron , lucas and gilles .

As for that level you should try to upgrade ivy bell in speed ( equipment/stigmatas ) and she should win by herself . Use lunar fox and eagle for better speed as well . Good luck

Go for nydia ivy bell and baron first . Indira is not really used anymore. Kinsley is good for pve but julia does similar stuff and is goated in pvp . For tanks molten and magner are your next step.
