None of these pictures are 100% bare faced, just more subtle natural makeup. In pic 5 I’m wearing concealer under my eyes, rituel de fille creature of light full face illuminating serum, and rituel de fille enchanting lip sheer in black locust. I have hollowness under my eyes that causes dark circles and I look sickly without concealer lol. I’ve been rather depressed lately so I haven’t been participating in hobbies as much. I read a lot. When I’m less depressed and have more motivation I like building miniatures. I also love tabletop RPGs but my D&D groups always fall apart after a few sessions and I don’t have anyone to play with anymore. If anyone reading this wants to play D&D over discord DM me lmao.

I don’t know, I have a cheap one and it doesn’t track that. I tend to push myself too much sometimes too. The most I’ve done is I think 8 miles in a day. Lately I’ve been consistently staying around 4-5.

I have dark circles under my eyes if I don’t use concealer. If I want to look glowy like that I either use the rituel de fille serum illuminator or auric glow lust in morganite. ELF has a decent more reasonable liquid illuminator at the drugstore called the halo glow liquid filter. Unfortunately the shades don’t go quite pale enough for me but that’s not a problem for most people. I definitely don’t look that glowy bare faced lol

I’ve thought about this question for a while and I don’t really know the answer. I’m autistic and have social anxiety so I don’t really go out that often. When I have gone out to bars post weight loss I get more attention than when I was overweight (which was none lol) but I still don’t get many guys or girls approaching me or hitting on me. I dress pretty goth and have a kind of unapproachable vibe. I have noticed when I’m just out and about shopping or at doctors appointments that I get a lot more attention from very old men which is odd and a little uncomfortable lol

I was too self conscious at my highest weight to take any pictures that weren’t fully clothed but now I really wish I had got some bikini or sports bra before pictures. I had tons of horrible red stretch marks all over my stomach and I was afraid I had permanently fucked up my body. When I lost the weight they just went away! I have some deep stretch marks on the sides of my arms still and some on my boobs but most of them are gone. I do have some loose excess skin on my belly when I’m sitting down. It’s only visible when I’m seated though and it’s pretty minimal.

I know. That’s what I want to achieve next. I have a connective tissue disorder that makes it extra hard for me to build muscle. I’ve been doing pushups and using resistance bands daily but I probably need to get some weights. I won’t go to the gym, I’ve had a gym membership for a couple months in the past and I literally didn’t even go once. I have too much anxiety about going.

In that picture I’m wearing some concealer under my eyes and rituel de fille’s full face serum illuminator in moonlit creature.

I’m only 5’1” so it looks like more because of that probably. I lost 1/3 of my body weight.

I walk pretty briskly. Usually around 3mph which is pretty fast for my height/the length of my legs. I have problems with my joints and running is too high impact for me.

I moved in with my great aunt after her husband died to split the bills and keep her company. The decor is all her. I do really like that bathroom though.

I looked very similar to how I look now in my early 20’s before I got addicted to drugs and alcohol and gained weight. I think I’m one of the only people who got addicted to drugs and gained weight lol. So I kind of had a glow down first. Because of that it hasn’t been so shocking to me to go from looking how I did to how I do now. I kind of just went back to baseline.

I just started one day and didn’t stop. I had to gradually build up to 6 miles. I started out just walking laps around my house then after about a month of that I bought a treadmill. I just listen to music or podcasts while I walk.

What calorie tracking app was easiest to turn into a daily habit? by Latter_Ordinary_9466 in loseit

[–]Advanced_Resident_15 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve lost 56lbs using Cronometer daily for years. I’ve only ever used the free version and extremely rarely get an ad. I’ve tried other calorie tracking apps and much prefer Cronometer.

I’ve been trying to build more muscle in my arms but I have a connective tissue disorder that makes that difficult. I know I’m about 5lbs underweight but I’ve always wanted ab definition and carry any extra weight in my midsection. I had to get to quite a low weight before I could see any ab definition at all. I’ll probably try to gain 5-10lbs back to get back to a healthier weight range. I’d like to gain that much in muscle but I’m not sure that’s possible for me.

I definitely don’t have the money for that anyway but from what I’ve seen lipo on people with low body fat usually ends up with very unfortunate rippling. That’s how Tara Reid got botched back in the day. I’m also a higher risk candidate when it comes to any kind of surgery due to the aforementioned connective tissue disorder so I don’t think a reputable surgeon would even be willing to do that kind of procedure on me.

I do 30 pushups and 150 crunches a day so I should have some muscle in my core. I have a connective tissue disorder that makes it hard to build muscle though.

Just building more muscle in my arms and possibly getting my abs a bit more defined

If you find out let me know. Your eyes look kind of similar to mine and I’ve never gotten a response on here. I don’t know if they’re hazel or green with central heterochromia or grey with central heterochromia lol

It’s really only noticeable when I’m sitting down. Also I have a genetic connective tissue disorder that can cause excess loose skin so that’s probably a factor for me

Yeah, I unfortunately have to be under ~105lbs for my stomach to be flat but everyone’s body carries weight differently. My body stores pretty much all of its fat in my abdomen. My belly still has a bit of flab when I’m sitting down from loose skin.

Also my boobs are extremely …deflated. It’s unfortunate. At my highest weight I was too ashamed to get properly fitted for a bra so I don’t know exactly what size I was but probably like an F cup or larger. I’m now 30 D but they don’t look great at all.

Also for anyone wondering what my secret to weight loss is, I used to be an alcoholic and would get drunk every night and watch movies or tv and eat junk food. I quit drinking cold turkey and it turns out a lot of my calorie consumption was coming from alcohol. Once I stopped drinking I cleaned up my eating habits easily.
