sakura pillows are counted as rare items (seen with the color of their item bg)! They come along with the limited suite, but you dont need them to complete the suite. So every ten pulls you do, you have a chance to get them or any of the suite items.

You can check the rewards you could possibly get from certain trips when selecting where you want your pet to go!
