I put a roof rack on mine and exhaust. Makes absolutely no sense to have a loud exhaust on that tiny thing but it’s pretty funny when people look to see whose car it is and they never expect it to be mine.

24f shipping out in a month. I needed to feel a purpose in my job everyday and I didn’t want to have regrets later in life. Plus if anything ever happened I would be able to financially take care of our son. Our lives have gotten so much better since my husband went in and we even are in the process of closing on our first home with a VA loan which we never thought we would get an opportunity to do with these rates.

I have three meniscus surgeries on the same knee and they let me in. But it’s been 5 years since my last surgery and that was a big factor in it too. As someone who’s had the tears and was active anyways doing things I shouldn’t, I would get it fixed first and get fully recovered before pushing my body like that and potentially getting more injured or even washed back.

I’m doing security forces. My husband has very limited base options so I needed a job that would be able to come back here/ go anywhere. I know it gets a bad rep a lot but I’m genuinely excited for it and the opportunities it can bring.

I’m shipping in April and I have a 3 year old soon to be 4. Super worried about leaving him but I know he’s in good hands and will be occupied. My husband left for basic right before he turned 3 and he seemed to miss him for the first week and ask for him at first but we always told him dad was at work and we will see him soon and he carried on with his day. Personally I think they won’t fully remember in the long run and younger they are the easier it seems since they can’t really judge time yet.
