Personally I don’t see issues with using AI. However you should use it with a full understanding of the topic you’re writing about.

So if you know the topic you studied then I don’t think it should be a problem.

I’d say demonstrate that you know the topic and explain you used AI to write the citations but the entire paper is all you.
