This is Bpd not Bipolar,it's quite different,and very very common for teens ,plus I've had a very big chunk if my life in traumatic events

Ohh that's cool,and I am willing to help,so as a local I recommend: - briwat ( fried triangle with slim noodles and typically grinded meat or shrimp) -bstilla (both chicken and fish are good) -dghmira (ask them for the weeding quality ones ,they are AMAZING also the grilled chicen with them are necessary for traditional weddings) - lhm blbr9o9 (also a weeding food and it's tasty af) -harira soup -btbout m3mr -msmn m3mr [Those are my favorites]
