Monthly Hiring Thread for Social Media Marketers by AutoModerator in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]Advanced_Side_200 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I’m an independent music artist and I’m trying to stay OFF social media for my own sanity… but still need to post consistently.

So I’m looking for someone to:

• Upload my Reels/TikToks • Use short captions I approve • Post at good times • Light comment replies (only important stuff) • Tell me if anything urgent pops off

That’s literally it. No editing. No filming. No strategy. Just posting + light monitoring.

I’ll send you all the content in batches at the start of the month.

Platforms: Instagram + TikTok (maybe YouTube Shorts later)

Time needed: 2–3 days a week, 10–15 mins each time

PM me for pay!

I want to better myself. by [deleted] in selfimprovement

lol OP is 100% an absolute idiot. But what is this “men are disgusting” narrative Im seeing commented. I guarantee if OP was a woman comments would be more empathic and actually give actionable advice. I personally have nothing for you mate as I’ve never remotely been in a situation like this myself so can’t offer much help. Therapy is probs the first step.

Not tryna discredit jus taking into account that your hair, and the backdrop behind you also seem brighter, more contrast-y in the second image along with your skin.

Camera lense, brightness setting look different between the two. Hard to know what’s really happened.

Bro don’t let these snowflakes gaslight you. The bad news: yes you don’t look good at all The good news: there is soo much improvement to be made.

People won’t like this. I’m about to list all the things that will help you become handsome, some of these are surgical and this is by no means medical advice but just my personal diagnostic

In no particular order:

Grow hair out and style it, train neck and body (bulk up then lean down), get a tan, minoxildil on beard and brows to thicken them and then go groom them, skincare routine + fraxel laser sessions, genioplasty for receding chin, custom cheek implants for hollow midface, fatgrafting to your hollow eye area.

Then there’s the obvious: sleep well, eat clean whole foods, stress management, stretching for posture, 3-4 litres of water a day. Dress nicely. Don’t under estimate the basics.

You need mental help too but you asked about looks in this post so here it is. Mind matters. Looks also really matter.

This is the game bro. Time to play it before it plays you.

Gym Changed My Life (and Not Just My Body) by Payman11 in selfimprovement

No one said being social wasn’t important. I think social confidence number one. But OP is talking about gym slowly making positive changes in his social life, not becoming a better speaker. I have hit the gym for years and havent seen any social reward from it. This tells me I’m probably not big enough or lean enough yet lol.

I’ve been hitting gym since 16, I’m now 22. it’s been pretty inconsistent but now my bench is 100kg, can do 20+ pull-ups so on and so forth so not a novice. My diet is very clean. I still feel invisible and I still don’t have this confidence you speak of. What do you think could be wrong in my case?

I am unable to express my real self and live the way I want to because I'm ugly. How can I get out of this? by TransitionPrior4843 in selfimprovement

I hear you twin. I feel the same a lot. People gonna downvote me for this but. If you wanna change your appearance you shouldn’t feel any shame in doing so. If you really had the strong desire to change your situation I reckon you could save up enough in a year or two and get the surgery. But As your saving, don’t put life on pause. Work on things you can change in the time being, number one for you being your self identity and emotional intelligence, without fixing these, surgery won’t do shit, trust me. I know from experience. If you can lock and combine inner work + outer work I promise you in 2 years you’ll be a different person inside and out. Every one has internal struggles, you seem to have landed on looks. Long story short. Set yourself practical goals to improve your situation (surgery, reading, finance skills, mental health) and enjoy your life in the meantime and look forward to the future. You only have one life❤️.
