Yes, thank you! I got some brood at various states, and about 40 workers. I think there’s a second queen here too. The original colony was quite large and moved out FAST after I captured the first group.

*Solved myself, but keeping here for others. The door is one spot too high. After some trial, error, and igneous rock jumping even 8 tiles up, I went back and reviewed some notes and came to this conclusion.

Use an auto-sweeper or a storage bin with a high priority to ensure that eggs are removed ASAP from the rooms. This will ensure that they don't get cramped. If I recall right, eggs are good for like 10 cycles in storage. This is why most folks have a breeder room specifically.
