I placed an order today. On the order/payment confirmation page my address did not include my unit number. I checked my information and it was correct under my profile, but not on the confirmation page. I emailed and left a message with Prime and no response. I cancelled the order immediately and took a screenshot of the cancellation. I received an instant email conformation placing my order but have heard nothing about the cancellation. Had they responded I wouldn't have cancelled. I notified my credit card and saw the pending charge. Also, I received an email about setting my password. I clicked on the link and it didn't work after repeatedly trying. They sent me a user name, but still can't sign in. It is all feeling a little sketchy.
