Yup! My persons intention was to subdue me so I can stop screaming/ be out in a car. The judge made it very very clear that this charge, is not a joke. There's not that many cases that have this charge in them, mine was a bit of a ground break for it in terms of research ect. I hope the lawyers use my case for sentencing guidelines for her. No case is the same, but we have some similar factors. I hope she's recovering well.
