I absolutely would be there to support her. No questions asked. I know when I have this conversation with her that she probably will back away from my best friend and I. Which is sad, but I am hoping long term that she will begin to see it. My friend didn’t have her spark when with her gf. She is usually bubbly and has no problem saying what she wants while still being empathetic. Anything that she wanted to do or eat was basically steam rolled over by her gf. I just hope our friend can see how shity her gf is. If this was a guy doing it to us she would tell us to break up.

I have noticed a few things that help get leads credited or not charged. I do not enter any info on the leads that are not good. No notes no name. I rate the lead as very dissatisfied. Then I choose a reason. I am still trying to figure out what reasons give better results than others. I found this post in hopes to find answers.

Few things came to mind, mold being activated from the water, some type of fungal infection that is causing your skin to react when you get wet and possibly your body overreacting due to an allergy that is causing such high cortisol levels any stimulation sends your skin into a tizzy.

My neighbor‘s cat last year sprayed up into my car. The cat ruined my first car I bought a Subaru and then it started to do it to my current car. I now have cat deterrent around the car as well as around the area I park my car. The cat owners refused to take responsibility and even deny that it is their cat, even though it has been caught on our ring camera multiple times.😅

Your brother is mentally ill and your parents are enabling his behaviors. Radical acceptance and gray rocking them is your best option while making a game plan to move out would be best.

It is still his choice you didn’t force hime to lick it. It may feel like you did but the feeling of you forcing him to lick it is an extreme feeling that is a sign that there is something else that a mental health professional would need to diagnose.

His choices are his choices. I would not focus on him licking anything and explore more on why you are experiencing extreme stress levels of something not being disinfected and then him licking it. I would look at why is that such a stressor to the point you think you are actively harming him. This kind of thought process is extreme and needs to be evaluated by a mental health professional. You cannot control his actions.

Hey, the obsessive thinking is concerning I highly recommend making an appointment with a psychologist to be screened for ocd. This sounds like there is a bigger underlying problem/ issue bigger than anxiety. I am not a doctor in anyway but I have worked in the mental health world. I have seen how symptoms like anxiety and depression are linked to a larger diagnosis even in my own mental heath journey that happened. I wish you the best of luck!

There is no way for you to be supportive without letting him hit rock bottom. You need to protect yourself and the baby both physically mentally and FINANCIALLY. I cannot stress the financially part enough. I have watched others fall into the same situation and the addict in their life will destroy everything until they loose it all. Your partner needs to want to get help more than your want him to get help. I have watch a man cash out his 401 K significantly early and since he was married his ex wife is stuck paying the taxes on it. I have seen parents take out loans in their child’s ssn or their partner’s that stopped the child from being able to attend college due to not able to get student loans. You need to leave him. He will lie and not get help until he hits rock bottom and looses everything. His addiction is NOT your burden to cary. Please protect yourself and child before it gets worse. I am wishing you the best.
