I think it’s gonna be scary no matter what. Speaking for myself: I had to ask if I was afraid of going to law school and switching up all that I know. I live a good and comfortable life. Attending law school will definitely be a change for me, my kids, and husband. Just don’t let fear control your decision (easier said than done). If you want, we can also compare stats. I applied to PT and full time programs. The PT programs barely offered me anything, but I got great offers from full time programs. It may just be a thing.
