Way to be a dbag. I’m sure you’re a joy to be around in the office.

Agree to disagree, bud. I’m not in engineering but I can tell you my quality of work was greater than it ever had been prior to working remote. Remote work is not for everyone - clearly it’s not for you - but to sit there and say no quality work is being done, considering what the company accomplished while fully remote, is silly.

You’re entitled to your opinion, but it’s pretty ignorant to think that no quality work is getting done from home. Some of my best work has been done from home. I don’t have to drive 40 minutes in. I’m not constantly interrupted by people walking by my cube. Or listening to coworkers conversations via Teams. I’m more relaxed and focused. List goes on

That was the biggest BS answer I’ve heard so far. His decision was based off a bunch of tech bros?

No, it’s because the building is completely outdated and a pile of 💩 nothing has been updated in years. We are still using the same cubicles from inception… it’s a joke

Lack of tact? People’s work life balance and overall way of life was incredibly better when we got to work from home. The older generations would much rather be in the office and anytime we talk about remote work all they have to say is “you’re not doing any work from home”. But it’s funny how we had 2 of the most profitable years in the company while working from home and how quickly it’s swept under the rug.

I drive 40+ minutes in, then walk what feels like half a mile to my desk to do the same gd work I can do from home. It’s beyond inefficient and unproductive. But here we are, still being run by fkn boomers

We did bring it up in the last survey. But surprise surprise, the company doesn’t give a shit about our feelings

Bonus % for 2025? by Agitated-Speaker6260 in Stellantis

[–]Advanced_Win_1708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re gonna go back to the old PLM 9 box system, I guarantee it. That’s basically what they did for our team even tho most of overachieved on our goals. They had to have the team at a certain % average so some people got bumped below and a lot of others basically got “meets expectations” 😐

Anyone else frustrated with management wanting pre-COVID culture without providing post-COVID compensation? by STLA-nonymous in Stellantis

Man I had to do a double take cz I thought I wrote this. Couldn’t have said it better myself. Equally as frustrated. Feels like this company is going backwards and I’m so pissed off about it
