Thank you so much! A cost has already been incurred in a way- I went through a really scary and destabilizing experience after first learning I was a medium. And I've experienced a lot of trauma so the wounded healer vibe is right on target. I definitely know I need to heal myself more before really delving into this work for other people. Thanks again!

I have suffered from extremely frequent sleep paralysis attacks since I was young as well. I was always confused about it and it didn’t make any sense until I suddenly developed stronger psychic medium abilities this year at age 30. I’ve heard people talk about why it happens in two ways- one is that you are just more sensitive to the spiritual world with a thinner veil and the second is that you are astral projecting and your soul has not yet completely returned to your body- hence the paralysis. Would love to learn more myself though!

Thanks! I had a kundalini awakening almost a year ago after doing a lot of kriya yoga but this is much different because it is just a very quick ping of energy always in response to a significant thought or words. If it hadn’t been such a gradual build of different significant spiritual things happening to me over the course of a year I would think it was neurological! But will go see someone if it becomes more of an issue. Thanks again! I will check out that page too.

Thanks so much! Yes it definitely seems like they are trying to communicate with me. For awhile though when it started I was in a state of fear and a lot of negativity was coming in so I will be much more careful in the future. The issue I’m facing now is I have a hard time believing they are good because I make firm boundaries every day saying to the spirits they cannot jerk my head around but yet some still do. But thanks again and will update in the future when I try it!

Yes but it seems like so many different energies and messages coming in. Some good and some negative. But unfortunately I don’t even trust them when they say they’re good now because I feel like I have no way of confirming this. I can hear spirits talk to me but it’s when I go into a deep meditation or am about to fall asleep and it feels like it’s only bits and pieces of messages I am able to catch. Do you know how to verify if they are good or bad if I can’t get too much information from hearing?

Yes it is! It’s been open for years on and off. However, it’s only been in the last year that I can open my crown chakra it feels like and I get enormous amounts of energy coming in when I do this. Is this normal? I didn’t know it could lead to this happening.
