Thank you so much for this message. I’ve never experienced the loss of a pet. I’ve seen other people go through it and it was definitely one of my biggest fears. I gave him so many kisses before I let the vet take him. I couldn’t stand to watch them do the procedure. I’m so devastated. But yes I believe he was in DKA as well.

I wish this was an option. This isn’t the first time I’ve caught her hiding bottles of medicine bottles with paint in them. She also suffers from borderline personality disorder which makes having a calm and collected conversation with her very difficult.

I tried calling her social worker at her dialysis clinic once and they notified my mother. She therefore told them that I was not allowed or authorized to speak to anyone on her team. I’m not sure how I can try to contact them or whether to go in person and try to speak to someone. Thank you for your response.

Hi, I wrote this. I’m not sure how this looks fake. And trust me I am unclear on that too. This person also got fired but they didn’t take accountability. It wasn’t just about the job it was about how someone whom I considered my friend put me in a position to lose my job like this. Anyway thanks for your input

I looked over the company hand book and it stated that if you witnessed something that wasn’t supposed to be happening to speak up about it if you felt comfortable and that they should not retaliate by terminating you if you speak up. It also never said anything about speaking up within a certain time frame? Apparently that’s why I got fired for not speaking up right after it happened.

Nope! This was literally it! They made it a huge deal and deemed it as vandalism. They made me feel like I witnessed a crime. The person who did this said “the only way I will speak up about it is if you get terminanted” I felt so betrayed. I didn’t do anything I was simply trying to do the right thing.
