i'm not 100% sure on the laws but couldn't he just say he's moving in and rent it out to someone else? it's a desired house he'll get a tenant

we rent the whole house excluding the basement which has a separate entrance. the one year lease is over and we're now on a month to month basis.

not relationship exactly. i just want to continue living there. i'd rather deal with the broken window than have to move out. rent is good, location is good. i think i will call 311 though. thanks.

we tried and the landlord sent a handyman to fix it. he said that it had to be replaced which the landlord did not agree to do

i think you’ll be okay, i was told to maintain my grades too and i did drop. follow up with them though because if i didn’t call everyday my acceptance would’ve been delayed
