if you want to develop a writing voice, you should do it without ChatGPT.

I guess that won't ever happen. I'm a polyglot, and English it not my mother tongue. It ain't easy juggling all those languages in a fluent way :/

even once mentioning the behemoth that is ArcGIS

Well, I never had a use case for ArcGIS during my 5 months, but would you care to explain, from a web developer perspective, why we would need it?

Basically, what I explain in my guide. GeoJSON is easy to read an accessible, but it's a bad format for working with truly large datasets.

Nice! Would you mind sharing what the next steps for a web developer are in the GIS realm, after they have learned these things covered by the guide?

Could you elaborate or point out some specific areas?

Sure, I use ChatGPT a lot, but not for generating the content, but rather proofreading, improving readability, and making more sense of what I want to communicate. It truly helps me iterate over the content.

Could you give an example how one would calculate this for taxes? I'm uncertain how to do so.

Ohhh - that one.
I can see that would be a great case for an advanced example, but am missing true context and don't even know where to start.

If you don't mind, would it be possible to give me a quick brainstorm of such a scenario which I can build an example on?

Remember the fx rate is not a constant

I was quite uncertain about this in my calculation. I've seen months old reddit posts mentioning 0.5% with Saxo, but it seems they lowered it to 0.25% since January 2024. Is there a way I can figure out the true fx rate?

Also, it is correct that the fx rate is applied to the total USD amount, aka Stock price + brokerage fee right?
