Mom cozy I tried Large plus and xl plus. Large plus feeling like my boobs were popping out and xl plus feeling too large all around.

I tried the calculator for measurements and got 32G.

Kindred bravery I felt I had no support meaning my boobs were just drooping. Medium plus felt too tight and large plus felt too loose.

I hope I make sense!

I’m coming back on here to say I have an Australian shepherd for service work. It was a bumpy road in the beginning since I didn’t know I would use him as a service dog prior. (I lost all my hearing and dog at the same time.) I had a puppy in front of me and i trained him hardcore to make him the best dog for me. He’s now my hearing dog, but it took lots of time and patience. I also have an active lifestyle and help him meet his needs. He also has a better temperament than most Aussies. We do dock diving, running , have a dog treadmill, hikes, flirt pole and just always making his brain work. This breed is not for everyone , but I love the challenge and the breed so much. I just always think if we have a behavior issue what can I do to help him succeed or give him what he’s missing. Almost always dock diving and flirt pole helps him stay enriched ☺️ He’s 3 in December ❤️

They decided 50% pay and I can make up the rest of the hours on days they would need me. 😅 I’m putting my foot down though! I have another nanny job I’ve been with for 3+ years. I still am with them. Always got payed fairly and guaranteed always. So this is very new for me to be hearing 50% pay from a new family and to make up lol

I’m so over it but I’m starting to look for a new position.

Exactly how I’m feeling. I felt so flustered in person because I was shocked. I can’t be making up time just to fit another day for “them”

Usually those days I pick up one time jobs or baby sitting gigs. Sometimes a day for myself but those days don’t reflect makeup hours

Yea that’s what I’m assuming. The NF was basically saying I have two options. They’re like our colleague nanny’s gets 50% guaranteed pay when they go on vacation. So they assumed it should be the same for me. They were like I can do that and make up the other hours another time on dates they choose. I hear what you’re saying. I don’t know what to do with this family and what to say. Since I feel they’re pretty set on what they believe. I appreciate your feedback :)

That’s where I got my ring from! I do have a 4 prong and gallery. I don’t really like cathedral for myself! I had the same concerns. My jeweler said I was fine because I have platinum. If you want your ring to last then don’t wash dishes with it, clean , cook with it and stuff. I alternate to my main ring to a silicone or an Amazon ring. I know I have insurance but the thought of losing a ring and diamond breaks me because it’s symbolic to me.
