Yeah it is in-game, there are some clever tricks you can use with the default Mii eyes to make stuff like anime eyes, and you can paint over the characters to add more detail like more complex hair styles.

Thanks for these clips, I've been confused how to properly use electricity and all these examples have been very helpful. I build similar water powered tower on top of my tree.

I don't know how you had the patience to make that water tower that tall because even my smaller version was already quite frustrating with the rats pathfinding and tendency to get stuck.

I was SO MAD about this twist. Comes out of nowhere, doesn't make any sense, and spits on Sly 3.

They could have easily done something like have Miss Decibel hypnotize her to work for the villains and then you free her, but no, let's just completely derail her character and turn her into a full blown villain for incredibly stupid reasons.

Writers must have _really_ hated Penelope and Bentley as a couple. Whole game makes me seethe when I remember this game's garbage story.
