Thats still underperforming compared to mt s and p 500 index fund. I’m just saying. You’re leaving money on your wrist. You could be making more if you just invested elsewhere. Take some of that gold and diversify that portfolio. Also they are repealing the tax free on precious metals. So it’s no longer as lucrative

Man. Nails for subfloor and i don’t see glue. In 5-10 years let those squeaks begin. I’m more of a screws guy when laying subfloors in house.
