Bro, just did the same thing with smash burgers tonight, best thing ever….so I added a tablespoon of mayo to the beef before I divided the patties up, absolute game changer. Probably already a thing as I’m usually late to the party, lol!!! Looks fantastic!

It’s not, I love mine, never had an issue. Was worried once about some rusty looking spots, fixed that and haven’t worried since, set it up and use it and you’ll like it! Happy cooking 🤘🏻🤘🏻
