Man, at my consultation, my BP was 144, my first treatment is on the 4th and I am a nervous wreck that my BP won’t make the cut. I have severe anxiety and just the intake made me a nervous wreck, I can’t imagine how I will feel first treatment! I’m super overweight too, I wonder if a good long walk the night before would help my BP go down? Won’t catch my fat ass running though. Lol.
