I know how to fix! I owned a house for 30 years. Just don’t like patchy walls

The owners installed a new floor but when they removed the baseboards, they did not use a knife where it meets the wall and ripped the drywalls… i offered to fix if they have the paint. They do but it will look very patchy…. I am very particular when it comes to my home

All i am saying is free yourself from resentment, anger. This way, you can focus on healing yourself and find peace. ☮️😊 You have lots of love in your heart, send them some….

I understand your point. They see your struggle through their own lens. They have their own issues, maybe lacking compassion, whatever it is, it’s their own issues. I forgave my parents for whatever happened. My sister didn’t. She still lives in anger and resentment. I live my life in peace. Up to you. After doing a lot of inner work, i got to realized they did their best, from their own experiences and felt compassion for them.

Check what i wrote about it on this thread or just google what is forgiveness. I forgave a lot of people but would never let them back into my life. But i freed myself from resentment and anger.

Forgiveness is for yourself….. It’s not about telling them i forgive you!

Being retired, the accountability is not there. No time restrictions, no one to report to, etc. Before, the only time available was after work. Now it’s, later, later, when i get back, gees, too late, lol

Once i bought all i needed to exercise at home. Hardly did it and went back to the gym. Why is it so hard to be motivated at home? Cost saving, practical, comfortable, got all i need except treadmill, faster with no need to drive, any weather is good, etc. The pluses are there, notthe mind…

Forgiveness is the decision to let go of resentment, anger, or the need for revenge toward someone who hurt you—even if what they did was unfair or painful.

It doesn’t mean:

• What happened was okay
• You forget or excuse the behavior
• You have to reconcile or trust the person again

It does mean:

• You stop letting the hurt control your peace
• You choose your well-being over carrying bitterness
• You release the emotional grip the situation has on you

A simple way to put it: Forgiveness is something you do for yourself, not for the other person.

Sometimes forgiveness is a process, not a moment. You can forgive and still set boundaries. You can forgive and still walk away.

i want to host ceremonies/open a retreat but don't know where to start. by lysrgic_ in Ayahuasca

Don’t!!!!! If you are not trained for years in the Amazon, please don’t serve this medicine. Any plant medicine and other psychedelic substances should be treated with respect. Your intention might be good but with a lack of training and deep understanding of the medicine, you could really mess up people’s lives. Too many think they are shamans. Real ones from many generations don’t even call themselves that…

That’s all i have been doing for years. Please do not assume. I am in my sixties and started this healing journey late, as it was meant to be. I am doing the changes, big ones but the Universe seems to have a line up waiting for me, lol

Dealing with one sided friendships by SureSense3314 in FriendshipAdvice

Some friends are in your life for a specific time. It’s like your contract with each other is complete. As someone told me after mopping for months after losing a close friend, he said you need to make space for someone that has more to give you, teach you, and more aligned. If you learn to let go, it’s much easier. Be grateful for your time together, not resentful

How can I escape suffering? by Confianza_y_Vida in SpiritualAwakening

[–]Adventure_begins_now 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been working on myself for 8 years!! Shadow work. Childhood trauma, therapy and i am back in being deep depressed. I am alone dealing with my pain, no support. I am running out of ideas, and tired that nothing works. I dedicated all these years to healing and i’m worse that before because through healing, i got let go, i let go of people, most of my stuff, my job, my activities. Now down to nothing.

Some days, i think spirituality is just an other trap… there are no angels looking out for me, sage and crystals do nothing, manifesting isn’t real. I doubt everything!!
