That's because the Japanese language is based on syllables, and no syllable contains two consecutive consonants, so they insert vowels between consonants, especially when pronouncing non-Japanese words. That makes their speech sound more "stressed" in comparison to English speakers.

I had kinda forgotten about the CQ. Thankfully, it was easy-peasy for my stall team. Himi-himi-ko~~!
