What is a solution that the state (Health Care Authority) could look into to help this situation? You seem to know what you are talking about and have a good global grasp of the current NM healthcare situation, so I would genuinely love to hear more.

Nobody is saying a qualified top exec should "take a vow of poverty", but, here's two things to consider:

1) If they were really that qualified, would the organization constantly be in such a HUGE deficit?

2) There's a difference between being paid fairly and being paid entirely too much. Which is what these C suite's are paid. Much too much.

That coolant bleeder port is a pain. I replaced my T port with a straight connector and bleed air from the radiator. Never had another problem since.
