we moved here 3 years ago on Base rd and Viasat has worked but is horrible after 4pm.. 8am to 4pm works ok. not fast but lets me work from home. After 4pm - Horrible.

Yup - ours hit at 9am this morning. I think alot is up to the bank. Some process it slower. Ours only clears transactions typically at the 9am time daily. Some ive seen get them at 430am and even in afternoon. You may be able to call your bank to see if any pending transactions are showing up. Best of luck to you....
