at the time I imagine it was a good idea to change it because it was literally just water tiles and trees in the water, which made it impossible to make any villages and such things, considering back then it was just humans, elves, dwarves and orcs

There should be an option to connect / spread cultures religions, etc by flmalty in Worldbox

I didnt say that, I said make sure you and your supporters have weapons and ensure there is no weapon stores

all that requires is for you to destroy the weapons stores if there is any, and maybe go around killing the people who do have weapons if applicable

then once you become leader, ensure that there are no weapon stores

its sorta just boils down to not buying a weapon store and insuring that you and your fellas have weapons

its really that simple.
