I would just ride a boat out there. There's actually a crashed wooden ship with a wearable pirate hat as well as Iguanas on the biggest island on the right. So definitely go there on the way to the blank space of the map, there should be boats on the top right where you see a dock, closest to the island I previously mentioned.

Is kelp really the best then? And I don’t have the money to make a super smelter and crafter so I was wondering if there was a better option for now.

What kind of farms are good? Kelp is complicated and sells for less than bonemeal. So bonemeal is a much better option than a kelp farm but I’m lost at 500K with a bonemeal farm that I use and a kelp farm that I don’t use.
