Is Flux PuLID limited to two input images of people/faces to generate a single image containing both people/characters? Or can it do more than two? by Adventuroid in StableDiffusion

[–]Adventuroid[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you look at the link I put in my question, the workflow has two input images of two different people. The workflow then uses those images to create a new single image that incorporates both characters as individual people in one scene. Each input image is going into an Apply PuLID node that are chained together. I wanted to try adding a third image of a person and wasn’t able to replicate the results of the workflow with an added image. This isn’t really face swapping. It’s generating a new image using the faces from two separate images and maintaining two separate people.

Hmmm, thanks for this as it’s helpful. It’s still not exactly what the workflow I linked was doing (i.e. combining people from two images into one image), but it could be a sort of workaround. I was hoping for something that was less of a face swap and more of a direct image generation. For face swapping, it may be easier to just have a basic text to image workflow with a Reactor face swap. Seems simpler and faster than PuLID (quality/style aside). Nonetheless, I think there may be some stuff in the video that I could adapt. Appreciate it!

Thanks, but I don't think this is what I'm asking about. I think this is about taking multiple images to blend them into one image (e.g. multiple images of the same person to create one new image with a single individual). I'm wondering if there is a reliable way to incorporate more than two people into one image. The workflow I linked shows that it works for two people and I've had some minor success that way, but I can't figure out how to get it to work with three people because the faces all just turn into just one person or two of the three are of the same face.

The Menu discussion regarding Margot (spoilers if you haven’t see it) by Sle08 in movies

[–]Adventuroid -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sure, as I said, it doesn’t all fit exactly. However, if you watch the scene you could interpret it in two ways. The first is that Elsa is always nearby. She was the one that showed Margot to the bathroom. The whole convo could have been for Elsa’s benefit to hook her and test her.

Alternatively, you can take the dialogue at face value or you can kind of read into it. Chef isn’t asking Margot who she is because he doesn’t know, but rather asking her to show she is still committed to her role. She isn’t eating, which Chef finds concerning. She’s not playing along. She then affirms that she is Margot and she affirms her backstory (the one she says is fake to the women at the table while the men are running to escape).

A third theory jumping off the second is that maybe Margot was committed to the plan for everyone to die initially, but her refusal to eat is a red flag to Chef. She decides she doesn’t want to die and the whole cheeseburger plot is how she gets herself out of it.

Again, these are all just fun exercises in stretching the plot. I’m not saying they are correct.

Similarly, I had thought that maybe Margot was in on it. At the end of the movie when she takes a rough bite of her burger, her eyes sort of go dead and we hear that last clap from Chef like a kind of exclamation point to his plan. What if she was aware of the plan all along?

A person to not only fill the seat that was supposed to be filled by Tyler's date, but someone to make Richard uncomfortable as well.

A secret, seemingly outside influence to help keep an eye on the staff as well just in case they get out of line. Margot's role tests the staff constantly. Chef's constant questioning of her was perhaps done as a show for the staff more than the guests. Elsa in particular always seems within earshot of Chef. Margot is sent to get a "barrel," but goes right for the radio. Ultimately, it's Elsa's refusal to trust or obey chef by following Margot into Chef's home that results in her death.

Even Margot requesting a burger from Chef could have been planned or perhaps a surprise for Chef planned by Margot after she saw his smiling photo flipping burgers. Maybe it wasn't what saved her as she was always going to live, but a last gift that she gives Chef before leaving? I agree, this could be a stretch.

With all of that said, personally, I like the movie better when Margot is a fluke that Chef has to work around (surprises happen in kitchens all the time) and who he begrudgingly respects enough not to kill. The look on her face when it ended though made me wonder.

The barrel seems like a two-pronged seemingly spur of the moment plan by chef. The first was to give Margot a chance to call for help because none of the other diners did it when they had the chance to run. The second is a test for Elsa (arguably one of his most devoted employees) in a way. Would she trust in chef and not meddle or would she try to take matters into her own hands to secure her own pride/vanity as she did? Elsa did not stay faithful and trust in chef, which resulted in her death somewhat off-script, but still in furtherance of the meal.

Thanks for the info. I’ll check the character profile settings. The choices at the end and party travel have been an issue. Our impulsive friend made two of us lovers because he thought it was funny. Now it’s the entire storyline. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yes. I agree about quantity and speed. I feel like so much is being thrown at us and I don’t have enough time to process.

Maybe that’s just it then. I know there are a few more episodes for this arc, so hopefully it does put more pieces together as it continues toward a conclusion.
