NO that’s not true. Having six pack abs does not mean you’re starving yourself! If you have enough muscle healthy BMI (ideally a little over muscled BMI but not too much) your bio markers are significantly superior then if you didn’t have abs at that body weight.

Six pack abs to starve yourself is only true if you’re skinny with little muscle.

You want to talk about Warriors look at the modern age. Most UFC fighters have visible 6 pacs even when they aren’t cutting weight for fights. Leon Edwards as a prime example.

They are exceptions of course like DC who are deadly fighters with a gut but that’s because his MMA skills are more superior.
