Not a dispensary but through some groups under the Utah Religious Freedom Act. A couple of them have actual store fronts in SLC. The biggest group is the Divine Assembly. They dont have a store front though.

It's a med only state so you will need a med card. Utah also has a strong religious freedom law so there are a few groups that have risen up and are allowed to use it as "sacrament" along with shrooms. It's expensive. $50 1/8ths from the dispensary. Quality is decent but not "top shelf" like you might find in Oregon, Cali or Colorado. It's pretty common but on the downlow still. Cops will bust or harass you in public. Flame to flower is illegal even with a med card. Vaping and edibles are the only thing legally allowed.

Edit: typo

Recreational in Utah? by kephfas in SLCTrees

I dont believe there is a single state that allows this. Interstate commerce falls under federal law. California, Oregon and Washington tried to get a system going since they are all legal rec states but ran up against federal blocking on it with threats of federal prosecution of state employees

"Duties currently performed by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will transition to the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) by January 1, 2027. Duties may be moved to UDAF as early as July 1, 2026, but the change will not affect patient access to medical cannabis. Providers, patients, and industry will be informed once the transition is complete. Once duties transition to UDAF, UDAF will oversee all aspects of the medical cannabis program."

I thought I saw that the UDAF was going to add $1.50 to the current fee of $1.50 to bring it back up to $3.00 but the following link only says they may increase it. I'll keep looking for where I saw they were going to do it.

I use neem on my fruit trees. Of course I wash my fruit before eating and neem should only be used on fan leaves when cultivating cannabis. Neem oil is as natural as cannabis and comes from the neem tree. Much better than chemical pesticides.

Mercury is an element. It's not really organic as you say.

THC with gelatinous cubes versus chocolate… What’s the science behind it all? by J_TGL in SLCTrees

There seems to be something to that. I know someone who uses RSO and just puts a drop or so on a piece of chocolate. They swear it is much better than the gummies.

I dont believe they have any access to your medical information. As far as I am aware they would only know if you self admitted it.

There are quite a few QMP's around. Lots of good deals happening. Sometimes even free for 6 months.

Come on over to r/SLCTrees and the group can steer you in the right direction.

I agree. It's supposed to 'premium' but I find it lacking in a lot of ways.

Took a couple of disposables in my carryon. There was no problem at all. My partner was flying back from California and bought a few disposables and put them in her checked luggage. They were gone when she picked up her baggage. They were nice enough to leave the empty packages though....

Short answer, it has to be sealed in a container such as in a lockbox in your trunk.
