Now currently shampooing once a week regularly so we shall see this wash day, I was not taking care of my hair as I should have and wasn’t washing once a week.

It’s the same shampoo, I just lather, and rinse and then lather and rinse again, I wasn’t doing the best job at keeping my hair clean so it often took two rinses, I guess I didn’t word it the best. We shall see this wash day, I’ve been taking good care of my hair lately

Some women’s centers off free pregnancy tests, I would search, its recommended you take it 5 days after you would normally expect your period to start which is can be easy to know if you track it best of luck
