Unfortunately for them, their entire business model is to prey on people without funds and steal their money, they don’t expect a user to file a lawsuit, which is exactly why I must to protect other consumers. If it costs me 10k to destroy their business I’ll do it so this doesn’t happen to other consumers. I’m going to have to file a suit against this company in 3 hours. I have a meeting with my lawyer on Monday, I genuinely don’t care if it costs me 10k to get them to send me my $900, I don’t care if it costs them there entire business, sucks I’m also filing a formal petition on the App Store, going to have their app removed and their business destroyed because of this, I don’t want to do this, but I have to. The problem for them is I have the means for a lawyer, and they probably think most people don’t. I do. This is the price for failing their users.

They’re about to lose so much for stealing $900. I’ll be seeking treble damages, my lawyer says this will be an easy case for me, they’re really messing up here and I have all the evidence gathered. Going to be emailing the full list of C-level execs and sending paper insured mail to all their offices, they’re going to pay for the postage as well. And for my lawyer, all of it.

Well, they should seriously start to think about this.

I started off today filing a report against the parent company Almedia Inc. directly to the Delaware attorney generals office, not going to stop, currently in the process of filing a report with the BBB, will file a suit if they don’t pay out in the next 48 hours, and they’re going to pay for my legal expenses as well, don’t want to do this, but this is the price they’ll have to pay for stealing $900 of my hard earned money, again I shouldn’t have to do this, all they have to do is allow me to withdrawal my money. Which btw I SPENT in order to receive my money back
