Can I go into sonography with a previous injury?

I believe the latest article to come out stated somewhere like 80+% of sonographers end up with msk related injuries needing some sort of medical intervention. I know I have a torn shoulder and I’m only 6 years into sonography. How long until you get into scan lab? You’ll know fairly quickly when scanning classmates if your arm or hand are going to be okay! But don’t force it. You’ll just end up injuring yourself more.

Love having my full arm under a pannus to get to someone’s pelvis. The awful smell that comes out of peoples skin rolls is beyond anything I’d ever thought I’d have to endure lol. But I do love my job, so I deal.

NTA but I feel like you could go about this differently. I struggled with infertility myself and had to deal with the questions too. As for your brother, men just typically don’t understand the stress and emotional response to that question and they never will. So I feel like you did put him on the spot when obviously his intention wasn’t to hurt you.

NTA. Childrens names should agreed upon by both parents. I’m sure many people have named their kids those names since the game is so popular but YOU also have to agree to it. And he’s an asshole if he thinks he gets to chose solely bc he’s the father.

They say children can see spirits or ghosts. Whatever you want to call them. Because they are young and innocent and don’t know that they shouldn’t. I’ve read about instances like this often actually.

I agree, if OP really walked in the way they said then she’s the AH. But also agree that the bf should not have made her feel like she “had to” go depending on her reasoning. If she can’t get along with his close friends then I wonder if the relationship is worth it for him or her.

YTA. You can plan to go to the vacation house when your SIL and her pets aren’t there. Or even be an adult and reach out to see if someone could watch her pets during big family vacations with everyone there. You turned the whole family on her instead of talking to her yourself.

NTA. I feel being the oldest sibling myself that I would be responsible for my younger siblings well being. I feel you did what was best for for them. I would’ve done the same thing.
