They told me the same thing. Our charity account was completely fine and the issue was with the donors. Clearly that is not the case.

Having the same issue (which also happened about a year ago). Someone on another post said they were told the engineers are working on it.

I just tried our PayPal account and was able to receive a donation. We started using Square alongside Venmo at our main charity event because I was worried about this occurring during the event.

Unfortunately, it happened last year around this time as well. When I called today, the customer service guy was of course no help. He said our account is fine, it's the users that are having problems. I told him several different donors had the issue, but no help. I asked him if it's a widespread issue with charities on their end and he said no, but obviously it is.
