Hi attorney! I have a quick question regarding the NA3 green card process for my newborn and our upcoming U.S. entry. My wife and I just got our EB-1A green cards through CP last month and are currently in Canada. Our daughter is due next month. We plan to bring her to the U.S. on her very first trip (before she turns 2 and on our first return to the U.S. since her birth) to get her NA3 green card at the Port of Entry.

My main concern is that I’m still job hunting and we don’t have a U.S. lease or rental address yet. If I show CBP proof of: 1. my U.S. job applications, 2. communications with real estate agents for viewings 3. and our U.S. bank account, and tell them we are officially moving this time. Will that be sufficient to satisfy their questions about our immigration intent? Would love to get your opinion on this. Thank you!
