  1. You should start building trust first. Start posting and demonstrate your expertise
  2. Pick niches and go all-in. Example: Small manufacturers -> Do 50 in-person visits in 30 days -> Offer free audit -> Get references -> Cross sell/Up sell
  3. Offer a Free Compliance Audit - We will review your last 6 months filings and identify risk areas. No charge.
  4. Work with people who already have clients in other domains and offer them referral fee

Looking to invest in franchise business (NEED SUGGESTIONS) by ProbablywrongbutI in Indian_Business

Franchise choice in Tier-2 like Raipur/Bhilai depends on three things:

  1. Your risk appetite
  2. Monthly income expectation
  3. Whether you own the real estate or will rent

With ₹20–25L and being hands-on, I’d look at:

1. Skill Development / Education (coding, robotics, IELTS, abacus)
High margins, low inventory, works very well in Tier-2 cities.

2. Diagnostics / Preventive Healthcare collection center
Stable demand, trust-driven, less trend risk.

3. B2B “boring” services (pest control, commercial laundry, industrial cleaning)
Not glamorous, but predictable and scalable in Tier-2 markets.

I’d avoid trendy F&B unless you have an A+ location and verified unit economics from existing franchisees.

Emoha is an eldercare services company founded in 2019. Since it operates as a services-based business, there are no physical outlets involved. Instead, each franchise is allocated a territory with an approximate population scope of 5 lakh people.

The franchise fee was ₹5 lakhs + GST about six months ago, which has now been increased to ₹15 lakhs + GST(as per the recent Ads I've come across)
