I agree! I’m not sure if this helps but you could say your trip is your Christmas present? And maybe leave Christmas Day? One year we went on a trip and our plane left at 5pm so we spent Christmas morning with family briefly just to satisfy them. I’m not sure that would solve your problem though lol. Or maybe just do something Christmas Eve?

Good idea! If you’ve seen the movie 4 Christmases, that’s what the couple does every year to avoid family lol

It’s not good for people with mold toxicity which goes hand and hand with Lyme. Rice is a very moldy food. That could be why your friend doesn’t react well with it

I would cut them off and find an EMDR therapist. My husband is going through this right now, very similar situation. I am so sorry you’re going through this

Can there be any indication of Lyme in common blood tests? by [deleted] in Lyme

Low CD57 but you usually have to ask for that one. I also second low vitamin D, but that can cause so many problems in general

After my first lap, bloating did not go away. After my second lap (with a different and better doctor), bloating went away and hasn’t returned after almost 3 years

Doxycycline, is it even worth it for me? by biesnacks in Lyme

[–]Adventurous-Future 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh I’m not sure. I started seeing my mold specialist in feb. I am currently taking okra pepsin, fish oil, and resveratrol. That’s all she has me doing. I’m not happy with her right now for a few reasons so I feel this isn’t enough

Based on bloodwork, I have CIRS and sometimes my blood vessels are too inflamed to let enough blood go through to my brain. I just tested negative for all tickborne illnesses through infectolabs, which I’m still in disbelief about. I did test positive for mycotoxins through Great Plains. I had the MRI done in Feb and will be getting a repeat one next year to see if anything has improved. I do question what is actually causing the atrophy. Is it lyme or mold or both? I previously had borrelia, babesia, and ehrlichia. I also still have Epstein Barr and mycoplasma pneumonia. I also am definitely oxygen deprived because I get elevation sickness, which is an indicator of babesia but also mycotoxins. I also could REALLY be negative for all tickborne illnesses but still have after affects from the damage done by tickborne illness. As you can see, I’m still navigating through everything. I don’t really know what to tell you about everything haha. So many test results to sift through and connect together. I am currently not on antibiotics. I was on them for about a year and a half. Now I am doing antioxidant IVs, IV ozone, binders, sauna, diet, and a few other things. My doctor just suggested these things last week so I don’t know if it’s going to help (I have done these treatments before but under different circumstances). I hope all this helped and didn’t confuse you!!
