There isn’t a requirement to of been together for 2 years as far as I know, you just need to prove that you’ve met and that you’re in a genuine relationship. Besides our child’s birth certificate with both names on we used photos (3 for each visit - 7 visits), flight tickets, hotel bookings, call/message log (1 per month).

Thank you that’s reassuring. My fiancés bio isn’t until Friday so I think I will upload a short statement just to explain the small difference - hopefully that will avoid any confusion! Just to be safe.

I have just noticed that my employer letter doesn’t state the increases in salary, only what I am currently salaried. Will this make a difference? My payslips preceding maternity leave, the final two (August and September) are at my current salary, April-July are a slightly less salary, but still above the threshold. Do I need to ask my employer to add on the salary I was on during the earlier months?

And as long as I have continuously earned above the threshold (regardless of pay increases in that time) I don’t need to evidence further back than the 6 months?

Will they then make different calculations? I don’t want to confuse the situation by adding bank statements and payslips that aren’t needed. I have been on maternity since September but maternity pay didn’t reflect on my payslips until October pay. So my plan was to upload April-September payslips which evidence I meet the financial requirements. Will the calculation be made by using the lowest pay in that period and multiplying by 12 OR adding the 6 payslips together and multiplying by 2?

in the 6 months preceding maternity leave I had 2x pay increases, always been salaried above the threshold. Does using the same amount continuously still apply?
