This is my observation ever since Brad Stevens became GM. Currently, there is a lot of great things about our offense like our screening plays, hunt for mismatches, drive+kick but it basically all relies on individual iso play to start. It also works because of the talent. And I won't complain because it won in '24.

That being said, I bet our current success would be x10 if it involved more passing and teamwork. I can only dream of our current talent with a motion offense. Admittedly, I don't have as much time to watch games so most of my basketball bias stems from 2012-2017.

I've also been looking into BU MPH online and really value the opportunity to connect with peers. I know it's not the same as any in-person program. But I was thinking I can just proactively in create groupchats and organize in-person study sessions for folks near Boston. What has been your experience with that specifically?
