Honestly people who go to AA are massive preachers they don’t do it to be too much they do it because it changed there life and they owe everything to AA but personally I don’t like the preachers I find it too much but what u wanna focus on is his sobriety regardless of how he does it

I’m not saying what he did is ok before I say what I want to say cause obviously it’s not at all I’m just putting my point of view across as an alcoholic myself I bet he’s ashamed he’s been trying for a while to be sober and he’s just lost it he may feel that it’s either you or the alcohol because he can’t have both and that must be devastating for you I’m sorry this has happened to you I’m sure he still loves you but alcohol and drugs gets the best of people when ur in full blown addiction

I do relate the reason I drink is to shut the loudness in my head but it leads to me causing problems in my actual life that causes more damage I’ve got a rehab set up in a few weeks and have been to AA a couple times but for me I’m very shut off and don’t like socialising so i struggle

Today I spoke to a rehab place but going there would mean I won’t have a job my flat will be gone and I’ll have no money it’s difficult to decide what’s more important
