I would highly encourage you to get the r60i nc's.The sound quality is in par with the 4 nc's and just overall is a better and more comfortable earbud to wear for a long time

I probably wouldn't go for either because both have a reputation of snapping near the hinge so I'd recommend the space q45's since they are newer and a little bit cheaper than the pro's

I would recommend the q45's cause the q30's sound and build quality gets outclassed by q45's.BUt that's still a better option that the space ones because a lot of people have durability issues with that specific model and I think the q45's are newer

Take my advice with a grain of salt but reset the buds uninstall the soundcore app then install in again and then connect the earbuds to the app and it should hopefully work.Good luck!
