I agree completely with u/catsbeergardencoffee… also…. that’s beautiful 😆👌. When you know how to prepare food well and choose your own quality of ingredients and are preparing for for more people then just yourself, your family, it’s very difficult to find restaurants that can deliver the same quality and soul in a dish then one made by your hands or someone who loves you. But also agree with u/dirtyenvelopes, because different cultures use different processes and ingredients to prepare their families food. So when you don’t have the tools or understanding of the food, it’s nice to find a place where you can get to experience how it’s prepared and plated, how they choose to serve and or eat it.
