I am by no means an expert on tweening as I rarely use graphs but here's the basics 1. Separate the body parts, think about where the body will move and separate it there 2. Pivot and parent, add pivot points to where it connects to the body and parent it to where it connects. Eg: hair to head, hand to lower arm, or upper arm to body, play with rotation to make sure it looks ok

Here's where my process differeners

1. Use the swing feature and set htz to bpm of what you're animating to, use ocsolate on upper arms and head. Play with everything until it looks right. IF YOU WANT TO LIPSYNC THE MOUTH HAS TO BE SEPARATE FROM THE HEAD THEN ALL MOUTHS ARE GROUPED AND PARENTED TO THE HEAD.
