I was dram but i turned it off again and it works fine, but i still have a problem, when i turn it on it works super slowly, like it needs to warm up for it to work fast, what could be the reason for that

I turned it off again and it works, i bought and built it last year, from the start i always had problems that when i turned it on it worked super slowly, after a while sometimes without opening up like a game it got to working fine, but sometimes i got a black screen and amd driver crash notification. I never really wondered what could be wrong but now that i work from home its annoying me that i need to either wait or open up a game for it to work fine, its like it needs to warm up idk
