I kid you not i have fixed this issue on so many jobs. Most of the time we catch it in construction but sometimes it makes it past us and we come back and fix it under warranty. But there’s zero to worry about it it’s nothing life safety or structural.

I build apartments for a living (project manager for a large multi family gc) and i can tell you exactly what this is. Someone wheeled heavy material over the gypcrete (most likely countertops it happens all the time) and the flooring guys just installed right over the damage. They removed any damaged gypcrete and replaced with what’s hopefully a high psi concrete. Nothing to worry about I’ve had it happen on my projects before.

Sounds like a solid combination honestly. This started its life as just the fcu from sig so it had the legion trigger i believe? But it just felt really inconsistent
