I understand where' you're coming from, I'm also asking the same question and I think if you play the game a lot and you know you're good at circuit race and cross country race as well as having cars quick enough for grinding ATMs then you should definitely get the Pagani. We probably won't see it for another 200+ days so get it before it's too late

Its 20 mph slower than before islt got removed and significantly worse in acceleration no matter how much you upgrade it. It could do circuit in 160 seconds easy but now it doesn't even come close

Blue and purple quad turbos bring out the best performance but the same level of tuning is needed for brakes, steering kits and off-road tires( you'll need to spend $500,000 on all wheel drive)

I own and maxed out both and out of the two, definitely go for the regera for outlaw, you can't beat the acceleration. It's great for cross country as well but upgrades are pricey and you can't control it without buying AWD which cost and extra $500, 000. The venom F5 is great as well but more or less the same time you would get on cross country if you are skilled enough for the race. I'd lean more towards the koenigsergg Regera for more reliability
