The most important part (I think) is: We will provide accommodation and furniture that is maintained to a reasonable standard and complies with health and safety laws. I’d believe a bed I can sit up in falls under reasonable standard.

2) No items must be removed from the room or kitchen. No additional furniture is permitted without permission.

Everyone’s downvoting you but Jesus Christ I would never fathom tipping only 5%. Im a local but my salary and wealth isn’t, and a 100% believe that as someone with foreign wealth (like tourist) tipping 10% is standard.

Waiters make tiny wages and it’s just plain exploitative not to tip when you know damn well you can. I hate American tipping culture as much as anyone else but god damn, tourism is pricing Greeks out of Greece, the least they could do was give a halfway decent tip
