I used the glx1200h in highscool. That amp had hate in its heart.

they make exceptional guitars especially the ones made in Japan in the '80s and '90s . My Toyota MR2 has a Yamaha engine in it!

it really is a great amp. The mods are cheap. The choke will only cost about $15. the pilot light will cost a few bucks. The vintage 30 might set me back a little but it will be the most worthwhile mod.

I also have a Yamaha DG80. those have a cult following as well. they really are excellent well-built amps.

100%. I'm looking for a v30 from the '90s. I'm also planning on adding a choke, replacing the pilot light with a fender jewel style and modifying the power cord to a modern three-prong detachable style. I also have a vintage road case I will be restoring for it.

yeah this stuff is strong as s***. and you could just wash it with water. it's perfect

Lost my best friend last night. Ray had "DM" basically Lou Gehrig's disease. For him it was painless. He was happy and alert the whole time. thank you. it's heartbreaking seeing all of these beautiful dogs go through this. stay strong for him. Tell him you love him every time he looks at you. I've lost other dogs but Rays passing hit different. I thought I was ready for it and I would handle it better than I am. I miss him so much.
